Intellectual property

Cuestora and its content, design, and software are owned by CrossBorderCart Inc. You retain rights to your own submitted content.

No warranties

Cuestora is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrossBorderCart Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Cuestora.
